Is Create Your QR completely free?

Yes. You can generate unlimited URL QR codes and up to 2 WhatsApp QR codes for free — no credit card required. Pro features (PIN protection, unlimited WhatsApp QRs, logo overlay, and unlimited AI use) are available for ₹49/year.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Create Your QR is a web app — it runs entirely in your browser on any device. No app download or installation required. Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is stored securely in Google Firebase. We do not sell your data to any third party. You can read our full Privacy Policy for details.

QR Codes

What types of QR codes can I create?

You can create URL QR codes (for any website link) and WhatsApp QR codes (which open a WhatsApp chat with a pre-filled message). Both types support custom colours, frames, and downloadable PNG images.

How do I download my QR code?

After generating a QR code, click the Download button to save it as a high-quality PNG image. You can then print it, embed it in documents, or share it digitally.

Does the QR code expire?

URL QR codes do not expire as long as the destination URL is live. WhatsApp QR codes remain active as long as your account is active. Pro WhatsApp QR codes are active throughout your Pro subscription period.

Can I edit my QR code after creating it?

Yes. You can update your display name, pre-filled message, and PIN at any time from your dashboard. The QR code link stays the same — so printed or shared QR codes continue to work without any changes.

WhatsApp QR Codes

What is a WhatsApp QR code?

A WhatsApp QR code is a scannable image that, when scanned, opens WhatsApp on the visitor's phone with your number and a pre-filled message already loaded. It is ideal for businesses, freelancers, and anyone who wants to make it easy for others to contact them on WhatsApp — without sharing your number publicly.

How does PIN protection work?

When you set a 4-digit PIN on your WhatsApp QR code (Pro feature), visitors who scan your QR are shown a PIN entry screen. Only people who know the PIN can proceed to your WhatsApp link — giving you full control over who can reach you.

What country codes are supported?

Any country code supported by WhatsApp. For India, use +91 followed by your 10-digit number. For example: +91 98765 43210.

Can visitors edit the message before sending?

Yes, if you enable the Allow Editing toggle on your QR card, visitors can modify the pre-filled message before sending it to you on WhatsApp. If you disable it, the message is sent as-is.

Pro Features

What is the AI message improvement feature?

The AI improve button uses Gemini AI to rewrite your WhatsApp pre-filled message to sound more professional or engaging. Free users get 2 uses total; Pro users get unlimited uses.

What does the Pro plan include?

Pro (₹49/year) includes: unlimited WhatsApp QR codes, PIN protection, profile image on your QR card, logo overlay on URL QR codes, unlimited AI message improvement, text formatting toolbar, and dark colour presets.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Sign in to the app, click the Upgrade button in the header, and complete the payment via Razorpay. Your Pro status is activated immediately after payment.
